These are the terms for using Builbi (builbi.com). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.
What Builbi is
Builbi is a research tool. It gathers public records about properties in Fairfield County, Connecticut and adds estimates, scores and written analysis produced by software, including AI models. It is a starting point for your own work, not a substitute for it.
Not professional advice
Nothing on Builbi is an appraisal, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or build. Estimates and scores can be wrong. Before acting on anything you read here, verify it against the primary record and consult the professionals you would normally use.
Your account
- An account is for one person. Don't share your sign-in or let someone else use your account.
- You are responsible for what you save, upload and create with your account, and for having the right to use any logo or photo you upload.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to scrape or bulk-download data, or interfere with other users.
Documents you create
Documents you generate are yours to use with your clients. They carry your name and branding; you are responsible for what you present to others and for checking the figures before you do.
Data and availability
Public-record data can be late, incomplete or wrong at the source. We work to keep the service available and current but do not guarantee either, and we may change or remove features.
Payment
When paid plans are offered, prices and billing terms will be shown before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Liability
Builbi is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made using the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and material changes will be emailed to account holders.
